Ensuring a safe, clean, and hygienic environment is now more important than ever—and this is where Dentara stands firmly committed. Among all healthcare services, dentistry requires the closest interaction between doctors and patients, making safety an absolute priority.
To address this, Dentara has enhanced and upgraded its safety and sterilization protocols to effectively combat COVID-19. Our clinic follows strict hygiene standards to provide a completely sterile and secure environment for our patients, doctors, and staff—so you can receive dental care with complete peace of mind.

Safety Equipment at Dentara

Aerosol Suction & Decontamination Unit (ASDU)

Dental treatments ke dauran high-speed machines se aerosols generate hote hain, jo germs carry kar sakte hain. Dentara me advanced ASDU systems use kiye jaate hain jo treatment ke time aerosols ko reduce karte hain aur air ko clean rakhte hain.
High-power suction aur HEPA (H13) aur activated carbon filters ki madad se clinic aur operatory me safe, clean, aur hygienic air ensure ki jaati hai.

Constant Fumigation Device (CFD)

Dentara clinics are regularly fumigated using advanced ultrasonic humidifiers to eliminate microbes such as viruses, bacteria, fungi, and spores. These devices ensure a consistently clean and hygienic clinical environment.
The equipment complies with European safety standards and uses high-efficiency fogging technology for effective disinfection.

UV Light Disinfection Cabinets

Dentara clinics use germicidal UV-C light cabinets (200–280 nm) to eliminate viruses and microbial contaminants. Items such as cash, pipes, tubes, and other belongings are sterilized after every handling.
Sterilized instrument pouches are also stored inside these cabinets to maintain hygiene until use.

Formalin Disinfection Chamber

Dentara uses Formalin (Formaldehyde) disinfection chambers to sterilize items that cannot withstand steam sterilization. This method is used for plastics, syringes, needles, small instruments, impressions, and other non-autoclavable items.
It is strictly used for external-contact instruments, ensuring safe and effective sterilization.

Disposable Gloves

At Dentara, hands are properly sanitized and dried before wearing gloves. A fresh pair of disposable gloves is used for every patient and changed immediately if contamination occurs during treatment.

Face Masks

Dentara uses N95/KN95 and 3-ply surgical masks based on the type of treatment to protect against splatters and aerosols. Patients are also provided face masks if they do not carry their own, ensuring safety for everyone.

Protective Eyewear

At Dentara, doctors wear protective eyewear during procedures where splashes or aerosols may occur. The eyewear is thoroughly sanitized and sterilized after every use to maintain the highest hygiene standards.

Face Shields

At Dentara, face shields are used along with face masks to provide additional protection against aerosols. All face shields are sanitized and sterilized after every use to ensure maximum safety.

Protective Clothing

At Dentara, all doctors wear protective scrubs to prevent contamination and exposure to blood or body fluids. These scrubs are worn throughout the day and thoroughly washed daily to maintain hygiene

Surgical Coverall / Gowns

At Dentara, surgical gowns are an essential part of PPE. No dental procedure is performed without wearing a surgical gown, ensuring maximum protection for both patients and doctors.

Disposable Caps

At Dentara, doctors and dental assistants wear disposable caps throughout the day to fully cover their hair. This helps prevent aerosols from settling on hair and reduces the risk of cross-contamination.
